Agreement to these terms

This website is owned and operated by Dhall Hospitality Group LLC ("DHG," "we," "us"). By using it, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Website information

Content on this site describes our company, products and services in general terms and is provided for information only. Product availability, specifications, sourcing, certifications and service areas can change. Nothing on this site is an offer, bid, quote or contract. Pricing, quantities, delivery terms and specifications are binding only when stated in a written quote, purchase order, contract or bid response signed or issued by DHG.

Requests, RFPs and other submissions

When you send us a request, solicitation or document, you confirm that you have the right to share it. We will use RFP and bid documents only to evaluate and respond to the opportunity and will treat non-public procurement information as confidential. Submitting a form does not create a customer, employment or other relationship until confirmed in writing.

Ideas, suggestions or feedback you send us voluntarily may be used by DHG without obligation to you.

Intellectual property

The DHG name, logos, website design, text and other original content are owned by DHG or used with permission and are protected by trademark, copyright and other laws. Photographs are used under license from their owners. You may view and print pages for your own business or personal use, but you may not copy, modify, republish or use our names, logos or content commercially without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose, or impersonate any person or organization;
  • submit false information, malware or content you have no right to share;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, the Customer Portal or our systems, or interfere with their operation;
  • scrape, copy or harvest content or contact information by automated means.

Customer Portal

Access to the Customer Portal is limited to authorized customers and is governed by your agreement with DHG and any terms presented in the portal. Keep your login credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DHG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE, UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DHG harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your misuse of the site or your violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Nassau County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes and contact
